This residential roofing project in Mahatshula, Bulawayo, showcases our end-to-end capability — from erecting a timber truss framework to laying the final course of concrete tiles on a multi-section hip roof. The home features a complex roofline with intersecting ridges, multiple hip ends, and projecting bays, demanding precision cutting and framing at every junction.
What We Did
Working from ground-up structural framing, our team installed a full timber truss and batten system across the building's two connected wings. The complex hip roof geometry — visible in our aerial drone photography — required careful planning at every valley and ridge intersection to ensure clean lines and weathertight performance.
Once the framework was complete, we clad the entire structure in terracotta-toned concrete interlocking tiles, finished with crisp white fascia boards and ridge cappings. The result is a durable, low-maintenance roof built to withstand Zimbabwe's intense summer rains and harsh sun.
